Microwave connection

With the microwave line, the connection to the Internet and data transfer is made via air. This technology is called wireless technology. The great advantage of this technology is possibility of its use in places with no public telephone net wiring. As the data transfer is made through the air, the clear sight distance between the microwave points (client – provider) between 5 to 15 km is a condition for a quality connection. Therefore, it is more of less local solution. This technology requires high initial investments into the HW.

ADSL connection

Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line is one from the xDSL technologies that serve for high speed data transfer using the wires of the cable telephone net. Permanent connection to the internet is gained through ADSL.  Is offers possibilities to make simultaneously a phone call and surf the internet from one line. It makes possible the transfer of voice and data on the same telephone line, each made in different frequency band. The asymmetric transfer speed is typical for the asymmetric DSL – the download (from the provider) is faster than the upload (from the user). This solution is suitable for individuals and companies requiring fast access to internet.
