New European RIS web portal

The meeting of RIS projects representatives and RIS expert groups representatives took place on 18th of November in Vienna. In course of this whole day meeting, all of the current ongoing RIS national and international projects in the area of implementation and utilization of RIS have been presented (IRIS Europe II, RISING, PLATINA, projects of Trans European Transport Network Executive Agency) as well as their close interrelations with RIS expert groups activities. Besides others discussed topics, the new European web RIS portal providing all necessary information from this field (Legislation, Projects, Event Calendar, etc.) was introduced. Mentioned web site is created in the framework of PLATINA and is available on address www.ris.eu
