KIOS s.r.o. (KIOS Pty. Ltd.) is an in-house company for its customers, a supplier of service in the IT field.

Company formation as Kooperačné zásobovacie združenie (Co-operative Supply Association)

Economic independence from the mother company (Local Husbandry VKUS Piešťany)

1988
Creation of first database applications

1990
Legal independence from the mother company through creation of interest association with legal subjectivity named KIOS, widening its activities providing service in data remote transfers

1990 - 1995
Work in various projects in the field of data transfer and SW development for prominent partners like Česmad Slovakia (Česmad Slovkia), Ministerstvo školstva SR (the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic), Hydrostav Bratislava a.s. (Hydrostav Bratislava Inc.), Váhostav Žilina a.s. (Váhostav Žilina Inc.), Slovenská plavba dunajská (the Slovak Danube River Transport), Slovenská pošta (the Slovak Post Office), and others.

1995
The last change in Company legal form, transformation of the company into a Pty. Ltd. with a branch in Bratislava since 1998.

1996
Apart from the SW development (the company core activity) we offer HW service like supply of computing and information technologies and equipment along the follow-up service in Internet.

2000
The first international project for European Commission (ALSO).

2001
SW solution for the UN – UNMIK in Kosovo

The second international project for European Commission (COPMRIS)

2005
Changeover for more effective development technologies in WWW and SW application design.

The third international project (co-financed) for European Commission (IRIS EUROPE)
