Environmental and Quality Policy
Purpose of decision
1.1 The purpose of the decision herein shall be determination of key principles leading towards continuous quality of work, in order to satisfy our customers.
1.2 I hereby establish the Environmental and Quality Policy of the company and undertake to sustain enhancement of all activities seeking permanent improvement of the produced products quality, services rendered and protection of the environment.
1.3 The Environmental and Quality Policy has been introduced to our company upon implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management and the environmental management systems in compliance with the international standards of ISO 9001 and 14001.
1.4 The Environmental and Quality Policy shall be obligatory for all employees of the KIOS s.r.o. company, whereas any modifications thereto shall be subject to a written decision of the CEO. The CEO requires that all employees should provide maximum support at seeking the goals of the quality and environment resulting from the Environmental and Quality Policy provisions.
Contents of decision
2.1 To achieve a general goal – vision of the company = to establish a strong company focused on IT services provision, particularly referring to the custom-made software solutions. To perform as a professional company in our field of business that is known for its reliability, proficiency and fair customer relations; i.e. to become a stable “customer” oriented partner – IT solutions provider.
2.2 The Environmental and quality policy attributes:
- improvement of quality of rendered services to satisfy our customers, to follow the principles of business ethics and protection of the environment,
- complying with the valid legislation and standards related to business activities, quality of provided services and protection of the environment,
- applying the precaution principles referring to negative impacts on the environment, for that purpose to identify environmental aspects resulting from activities, to determine environmental goals and programmes,
- educating, training and motivating all employees at every level of management, communicating the influence of their work on the quality of services and products on the environment.
- continuous improvement of corporate culture
- creating long-term contractually-based relationship with our customers, preferring key accounts to occasional customers,
- possibility of using customer related information in several related activities of the company (HW, SW, Internet)
- continuously increasing contractual sales of key accounts (the so-called sustainable sales) so that a level of 90% of contemporary operational costs is achieved in the near future.
