Postal operation automation - APO
Project duration: 1993-1994It is a SW solution for automation of postal operations at the post office for the Slovak Post Office Inc. The solution automates the processes at the counters and behind the screen (front and back office). It comprises of processing the cash services, letter and package services, delivery service, teller service, stamp duty service, pensioner service, the Post Bank Inc. service and other processes in the back office of the Post Office Inc.
KIOS task:
KIOS worked out the analysis, designed the system architecture and executed the system complete implementation. KIOS has cooperated during the system implementation into real life.
