Project duration: 2004 - 2005Project goal:
To create internal medium administered through CMS to disseminate varied information to the employees. Additional modules were incorporated – contacts with decentralised edition, documents library, system to track the calls to Call Centre (with intelligent database for problem solving), system to administer the requests for changes APOW with tracking the process of processing (lodgement, approval, work-in, tests, application, creation of changes description), order forms…
Task for KIOS:
KIOS worked out the analysis, designed the system architecture and executed the system complete implementation. KIOS has cooperated during the system implementation into real life.
