TYPO3 is editorial system (CMS – content management system). CMS is a system for web contents administration. It allows edition of web sites with the help of classical web browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera ...).

In the CMS system, it is possible to create new pages, sub-pages and sections, change their order, placement and visual display. It also is possible to imbed into the pages all classical contents elements like texts, pictures, series of picture, tables, links, location references (for example: document downloads), directories, and others. It is possible to re-edit, delete or move the pages and their contents anytime. The number of pages and the size of their contents have no limits. The system automatically processes the series of pictures; it also creates thumbs with possibility of their enlargement, creation of location reference, and so on.

V CMS systéme je možné vytvárať nové stránky, podstránky, sekcie, meniť ich poradie, umiestnenie a zobrazenie. Na stránky je možné vkladať všetky klasické obsahové prvky, ako napr. texty, obrázky, série obrázkov, tabuľky, linky, odkazy na súbory (napr. download dokumentov), zoznamy a iné. Stránky a ich obsah je možné kedykoľvek znova editovať, mazať, premiestňovať. Počet stránok a veľkosť obsahu nie sú limitované. Systém automaticky spracováva série obrázkov, z ktorých takisto vytvára náhľady s možnosťou zväčšenia, vytvorenia odkazu a pod.

The TYPO3 is built in modules – it can be enlarged anytime with other functions without a need to change its present version. It is built on PHP language.

Typo3 is delivered under the GNU/GPL licence. The source code, design, access and so on become the property of the client upon the payments of all dues and no further fees are paid anymore. 

Zope is object oriented application server; it is dominantly programmed in the Python language and it is available as a free-ware. A trans-action object database is the Zope foundation and it not only comprises of its own web contents but also dynamic templates to generate HTML, search indexes, scripts, etc. Zope allows for relation database line-up (RDBMS).

The administration uses web interface. Zope supports the system of access authority, and with its help it is possible to share freely the web contents with other users on different levels of the portal structure.

MooTools is JavaScript tool designed by developers for developers. It is dedicated for programming advanced JavaScript scripts. It allows for writing proficient, flexible and clean code and has coherent API. It uses design patterns at the designs in extensive way.

MooTools code respects strict standards. The word “Moo” is abbreviation for Mine Object Oriented JavaScript and the library is free to access. The tool has full value object-oriented access using the properties of polymorphism. At the same time, the MooTools is the smallest JavaScript library. We also use MooTools for the following advantages:

• it is object oriented, easily diffused and modular
• implementable into TYPO3 interface
• it uses design pattern DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) – it doesn’t duplicate the metadata and thanks to that the tool is effective
• it contains a set of advanced effects we use to replace excess flash animation.
